Here is an example of how diet OCD :

  1. Eat Free Time 8 Hours and 16 Hours Fasting
    In this method you have free time eating along 8 hours in a day and the rest is fast eating but could still be drinking no calorie. Suppose you start OCD 1pm eat your meal is free until 9 pm and the rest were fasting.
    The window to eat this one matching is done by the beginner for 1-2 weeks until the body is able to adapt, new to the next level.

  2. Eat Free Time 6 hours and 18 hours of fasting
    In this second meal window you have free time eaten all 6 hours and sisahnya is fasting as in method one. Suppose you start OCD 1pm then eat your free time until 7pm and the rest was fasting.
