Hi Steemers,
how often does it happen that you are on a diet and you get really frustrated because you have a very restricted variaty of think to eat, especially for desert.
Well, i will show 2 options of deserts that will do no harm!
- Oat biscuits:
Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 spoons of oat bran
- 3 spoons of powder milk (low fat)
- 1 spoon of sweeter
- 2 spoons of liquid milk
All the ingredients are mixed together and the put in the oven for 10 -15 minutes on backing paper.
You can sprinkle on top seeds, chocolate chips, nuts, cocos flakes, etc.
- Romanian Sweet Bread:
Ingredients:
- 800g white flour
- 3 yolks
- 100g sweetner
- 500 ml low fat of milk
- 150g avocado instead of butter
- 40g fresh yeast or 2 dry yeast envelopes (14g)
- vanilla essence lemon and orange peel
- a pinch of salt
Yeast is mixed with 1 tablespoon of sweeter tos and hot milk. Leave to sit a bit and then add yolks, avocado, vanilla essence , lemon and orange peel and salt.
Then gradually add flour. When half of the flour is used (it is important that the dough is not liquid but very sticky), mix it well either with the mixer, either by hand or in the best case with a stirrup, to make airy. Finally, add the remaining flour until the homogeneous dough is obtained.
Cover the dough bowl with a clean towel and leave for 30-40 minutes, in a warm place.
After resting for 30-40 minutes, the dough almost doubled its volume.
Heat the oven at 180 ° C (medium to gas). Put the dough into the form and put it in the oven. Bake 20 minutes at 180 ° and another 15 minutes at 170 °.

Let me know how it goes!
Good luck and keep it slim! ;)
I love oats, the bread looks so so soft and sweet. If one is on a diet I think they might end up eating the whole bread at one sitting. He he he he
Haha, you should have balance in everything you do, including food ;)
