TOTALLY! I am somewhat proud because I did, this time. Not want to get my girlfriend and me into a situation where things turn out different (worse) than promised. So we made a point checking things in advance - "If a group of russians stay and party for one week straight like there is no tomorrow... we will NOT clean the entire villa FOR FREE."

And so it seems this will be a mutually beneficial situation, though it has been postponed 20 days or so.

What made you change your mind then Doug? It's such a popular saying, but I somehow always took issue with it. Maybe because I have experienced things that actually WERE AS GOOD AND TRUE as they initially looked.
