Simplicity....

“Type 1 - your body doesn’t use insulin for fructose as a carrier...

With Type 2- this is your adrenal glands that has sugar metabolism issues -

AVOID COMPLEX SUGARS (grains, starch, etc)...

FRUCTOSE = Simple sugars - they are highly beneficial for the body, in fact this is cellular fuel for the human body...

Please do not believe the HYPE that “fruit has too much sugar” - this is bogus thinking and aside from the #proteinmyth , is responsible for degenerating the health of people who trust the mainstream dietary narrative ...

Fruits & raw foods are anti parasitic...
Fruits create an alkaline environment internally (overtime) which helps rid the body of viral loads, fungus , candida, etc...

The exact opposite to which we are “told” or “taught”...

Fruit up! It’s so worth it...
