The issue isn't spam or anything like this, the issue is phishing. These 'public' accounts are magnets for phishing which is why they are always ultimately banned. They're a general risk to the userbase first and foremost and there is no possible way to mitigate that.

I changed the keys ... I didnt really think about confusion from comments being changed ... or phishing among other things..
NOW this is a semi-public account which currently only has 3 trusted posters.
