Today's Scripture
My son, keep my words and treasure up my commandments with you; keep my commandments and live; keep my teaching as the apple of your eye; bind them on your fingers; write them on the tablet of your heart. (Proverbs 7:1-3)
Thoughts for Today
Wisdom is much more valuable than anything we can ever own on this earth. Even if a rich person can loose all the have if they are foolish.They can loose everything they own in a split second.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. Proverbs 9:10
Therefore, only a wise person would seek the Lord daily for his or her everyday dealings. Men's understand are limited but God's ways and thoughts are far above our ways and mind.
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55:8-9)
Therefore it would be wise to seek the Lord in every of our daily dealings. If we seek the Lord daily in prayer, He will lead us and guide us in to make wise choices. It will keep us from falling into temptation.
Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
We ask for your wisdom in all that we do. Your ways are higher than our ways and so are your thoughts and plans above our plans. We submit the plans of our hearts to You oh Lord. Have Thy way in our lives. In all that is uncertain in our lives, we choose to trust in You and Your divine plan for us. We thank you, Lord for you always think and look out for our best. Thank you for being the best Father. We ask this in Your Precious Name, Jesus. Amen!
