Success will be achieved by leading and forming strong collaboration on virtual execution teams comprised of a broad cross-functional team and our customers’ project and business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s organization, internal communities, aspirations and needs, identifying aspects of DEVO engagement and advocacy that need to be strengthened
  • Thoroughly understand customer appetite and key financial targets that apply to DEVO (cost reduction, revenue growth etc.)
  • Through collaborating closely with Sales & Business Development, proactively develop and drive customers towards shared goals and targets
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop prescriptive, strategic plans, to transform our customers’ businesses and drive platform adoption and volume over DEVONet
  • Meet quotas and set targets around customer volume
  • Oversee and drive customer-facing delivery responsibilities for both business and technical work-streams
  • Lead hands-on tactical task management to drive shared key initiatives, spot and creatively solve complex business and operational issues, often unique to each customer
  • Build alignment among stakeholders and escalate key decisions as required through formal and informal communication
  • Both internally at DEVO and within the customer, work across multiple organizational groups including Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to drive volume opportunities
  • Thoroughly understand customer appetite and key financial targets that apply to DEVO (cost reduction, revenue growth etc.)
  • Solve business problems that may be inhibiting customer adoption and full utilization of DEVO
  • Become a thought-leader among customers, enabling them to better exploit the potential of DEVO and participate in the development of new and ground-breaking concepts
  • Be the voice of DEVO’s customers within the DEVO organization ensuring that feedback and insight gained is properly disseminated and inculcated by DEVO and acted on
SUCCESS METRIC:
  • Meet & exceed corridor build targets
  • Meet & exceed targeted transactions volumes per customer
  • Meet & exceed customer satisfaction & retention goals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 10+ years combined experience required in transaction banking, cash management, FX, payment processing, or related, for a major financial institution in a sales-type role
  • Management consulting & delivery experience, or similar experience gained within technology & financial services organizations
  • Experience working in FinTech / Start-up organizations preferable
  • Experience and cultural awareness for working in and influencing global enterprise cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of implementing payment solutions within financial institutions
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated to succeed in a challenging environment
  • Results driven, with determination and commitment to getting things done
  • Able and willing to travel 30% or more
  • Flexible and able to deliver high-quality results in an often ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment
  • Ability to influence at the leadership level. Credible with well developed communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent, MBA strongly preferred
