An app/platform I've been trying to put together

So, with the near monopoly of social media companies and Amazon for online retail, I've been thinking about building an app/platform to take them on.

Basically, the idea is to create an online marketplace that will allow local small businesses to list their products and sell them.

Here's a list of the features I'd like to implement:

• Same day pickup(eventually delivery)
• Cash back to customers to allow them to support video creators on the platform
• Decentralized servers/data to cut down on server costs
• Video hosting similar to Bitchute, but anonymizing ip addresses.
• Low fees for merchants and video creators.
• Traditional currency and crypto support for deposits/payment.

I've worked on building all of these features separately, but I'm now trying to put it all together.
Anyway, I'm just throwing this out there to see if anyone has any thoughts about what I've been working on.
