Moonrise Dev Blog # 1 - Starting a development Blog

Yesterday I came up with the idea to create an almost daily development blog to keep you guys updated, what I have done and what I currently do. Also it is great for me because it keeps me focused and a little more structured what I want to do.

Daily Tutorials - Creating a steem-js upvote bot

In my daily tutorials series, I've created today today Part - 6 of how to create an upvote bot using steem-js. Part 6 is all about how to save and load a local stored json file. We use this json file to store our bot state, in case it's crashing. Before Part 6 we would have lost our current transaction number and would have checked multiple transactions again and again.

SteemMe V.0.0.1 got released !

Yesterday, I finally released the early alpha version of my browser extension called SteemMe. SteemMe was developed to present a overview of steemit user data inside your browser.

Stay tuned for future updates and explanations inside my blog! The next release is intended for next week.

New project in development - CoinStats

Today, I also started with a new project of mine, called CoinStats. It is basically a steem-js bot which fetches the current cryptocurrency historical data and converts it into graphs, upload it into the blockchain and create a steemit post. All done automatically.

You can check out the first example graph created for Bitcoin, with it historical data of the last 24 hours!

There is still much development to do before the bot is ready to use, also before it can go open source.

Stay tuned for the next Dev Blog to receive some insights of the source code + explanations.

See you tomorrow!

I love your idea of putting something out every day. How do you handle working on so many topics at the same time? How do you prioritise?
