I hope you had some good last weeks of 2025.
Here is my evaluation of my forecasts for 2025 and my new forecasts for 2026.

Very bad performance this year. I tend to think that some of these forecasts are badly timed and will come to pass in 2026.
Predictions for 2026:
- Bitcoin will surpass 150`000 USD this year.
- Hive will continue to grow, with its price going first above 0.20 USD and then towards 0.50 USD.
- The S&P500 will crash from a new all-time high by more than 40%.
- There will be a hard decoupling/uncoupling of the USA and China. Smart western leaders will decisively join the American alliance. An iron curtain will descend across the world with civilized countries like the US, most countries in the Americas and Europe, Japan, South Korea on the one side, and China, Russia, Iran, Venezuela, North Korea on the other side (axis of evil).
- Venezuela's Maduro will fall. Iran's regime will fall, too.
- France will win the soccer world cup 2026.
- Bayern Munich will win the UEFA Champions League.
Regarding my personal Hive goals for 2025:
I reached 300,000 Hive Power, then downsized somewhat. As in 2024 I wrote 35 posts this year and hope to improve on that. Furthermore I distributed more than 25'000 upvotes. My goal is to continue to grow on and with Hive, both in terms of engagement and accumulating Hive Power. Let's continue to make Hive the greatest social network with the best community: kind, bright, responsible, creative, mutually supportive, while fostering an open culture of discussion and embracing our differences.

Sehr schlechte Leistung in diesem Jahr. Ich neige dazu zu glauben, dass einige dieser Prognosen verfrüht waren und sich 2026 bewahrheiten werden.
Prognosen für 2026:
- Bitcoin wird in diesem Jahr 150.000 USD überschreiten.
- Hive wird weiter wachsen, wobei der Preis zunächst über 0,20 USD und dann in Richtung 0,50 USD steigen wird.
- Der S&P500 wird von einem neuen Allzeithoch um mehr als 40 % abstürzen.
- Es wird zu einer harten Entkopplung zwischen den USA und China kommen. Kluge westliche Staats- und Regierungschefs werden sich entschlossen dem amerikanischen Bündnis anschließen. Ein eiserner Vorhang wird sich über die Welt legen, mit zivilisierten Ländern wie den USA, den meisten Ländern Amerikas und Europas, Japan und Südkorea auf der einen Seite und China, Russland, Iran, Venezuela und Nordkorea auf der anderen Seite (Achse des Bösen).
- Venezuelas Maduro wird stürzen. Auch das iranische Regime wird stürzen.
- Frankreich wird die Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft 2026 gewinnen.
- Bayern München wird die UEFA Champions League gewinnen.
Was meine persönlichen Hive-Ziele für 2025 angeht:
Ich habe 300.000 Hive Power erreicht und dann etwas downgesizet. Wie schon 2024 habe ich dieses Jahr 35 Beiträge geschrieben und hoffe, mich noch zu verbessern. Außerdem habe ich mehr als 25.000 Upvotes verteilt. Mein Ziel ist es, sowohl in Bezug auf mein Engagement als auch auf das Akkumulieren von Hive Power weiter auf und mit Hive zu wachsen. Lasst uns Hive weiterhin zum großartigsten sozialen Netzwerk mit der besten Community machen: freundlich, intelligent, verantwortungsbewusst, kreativ, sich gegenseitig unterstützend, während wir eine offene Diskussionskultur fördern und unsere Unterschiede begrüßen.

I think your predictions might have been different had you written them today, the day after the U. S. attacked Venezuela and brought about regime change. Well, not quite regime change, but steps toward that.
Interesting times, aren't these?
How will this affect your predictions of the markets? Certainly Maduro fell, as you predicted, but perhaps not in the way you anticipated.
I hope you are right about Hive.
One thing for sure, I agree about working toward making this, Hive, a platform where discussion is possible and civil disagreement tolerated.
