ich weiß nicht ob es ungewöhnlich ist, seinen ersten Post nicht mit seiner Vorstellung zu beginnen. Mir fällt es immer ziemlich schwer mich vorzustellen, weil ich denke, dass es nahezu unmöglich ist alle Einzelheiten einer Person in ein paar Sätzen zu beschreiben. Dennoch werde ich versuchen, einige wichtige Punkte zu nennen, die mich und meine Persönlichkeit ausmachen. Man nennt mich Taiga und ich bin Deutsch-Vietnamesin.

Meine Eltern sind mit 22 Jahren als Gastarbeiter nach Deutschland gekommen. Sie haben sehr hart gearbeitet um meinem Bruder und mir ein besseres leben zu ermöglichen, was ich sehr schätze. Ich arbeite als Grafikdesignerin in einer echt coolen Agentur! Ich liebe pastellige Farbverläufe, vor allem Wenn sich der Himmel aufgrund des Sonnenuntergangs oder -aufgangs in verschiedene Rottöne einfärbt. Sowas kleines kann mich schon ziemlich glücklich machen.

Ich liebe es mich künstlerisch ob Digital oder Analog auszudrücken. Am liebsten erstelle ich Grafiken oder mache Experimental Layout. Der Mensch ist für mich genauso interessant wie das Universum. Es ist schon komisch was für Sachen wir machen, um in dieser komischen Gesellschaft dazu zu gehören. Unsere Gedanken und Gefühle sind so komplex und in dieser Zeit gibt es für alles mögliche eine Bezeichnung. Ich kann euch nicht mal genau erklären, was ich für einen Musikgeschmack habe. Mal ist es eine Mischung aus Jazz und Hip hop, mal eine aus Funk, Swing gepaart mit Electro oder House und dann ist es wieder Rock oder Metal.

Manchmal fühle ich mich so verloren in dieser großen Welt. Wenn ich mir alte Bilder von mir anschaue, erinnere ich mich an die Momente die ich erlebt habe aber ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass diese Person auf dem Bild ich bin. Manchmal habe ich das Gefühl, mich gar nicht wirklich zu kennen, weil ich meine Gefühle selber nicht verstehe. Aber ich handle dennoch eher rational als emotional, weshalb mich das andere Geschlecht ziemlich cool findet. Ich mag es nicht, wenn ich mich von meinen eigenen Emotionen zu irrationalen Handlungen verleiten lasse. Dennoch gibt es Ausnahmen, die verkraftbar sind. Dann sag ich mir, manchmal muss man auch riskant leben. Ich verliebte mich letztes Jahr in einen Holländer in Amsterdam und traf ihn einen Herbst lang, obwohl wir wussten, dass es zu nichts führte, genossen wir trotzdem die Zeit. Und bis heute, ist er ein wichtiger Mensch für mich.

First I want to say sorry for my English. It’s not my first language so I guess it’s pretty weird for sum people to read. Maybe it’s because I’m from Germany. And yah, it's also pretty late and damn! I'm fuckin tired haha!
Well nvm! Let’s begin with my introduction. I think it’s almost impossible to describe a person in a few words but however, I’ll try to give you some important aspects that describes my personality. My name is Taiga and I’m a Vietnamese- German girl that lives in Germany.

My parents came to Germany as migrant workers when they were 22. They worked very hard to give my brother and me a better life. I really appreciate that. I work as a graphic designer in a pretty cool agency! I love pastel gradient colors. Especially if the sky’s turns into different colors because of sunsets or sunrises. Those small, simple things make me happy.

I love to express myself artistically whether digital or analog. I like to create graphics like infographic or make experimental layout. Humans are as interesting to me as the universe. It's funny what kind of stuff we do to fit in in this weird society. Our thoughts and feelings are so complex and in this time there a lot of designations for everything. I can’t even explain what kind of music I like. Sometimes it's a mixture of jazz and hip hop, sometimes a funk, swing paired with electro or house and then it's rock or metal again.

Sometimes I feel so lost in this big world. When I look at old pictures of myself, I remember the moments I have experienced but I do not have the feeling that this person is in the picture is me. Sometimes I have the feeling that I don’t really know myself because I don’t understand my own feelings. But I still act rational. For me it’s better than acting emotional, which is why the other gender finds me pretty cool.
I do not like letting my own emotions lead me to irrational acts. Nevertheless, there are exceptions that are acceptable. Then I tell myself, sometimes you have to live risky. I fell in love with a Dutchman in Amsterdam last year and dated him for a whole autumn. Even though we knew it was going to nowhere, we still enjoyed the time. And until today, he is an important person to me.
