RE: Frédéric Bastiat - The Law

Guten tag, Dear @zuerich !

I first heard the name of Frédéric Bastiat, who was a French economist!
East Asians today are interested in Karl Marx, Engels, and Lenin because of the influence of Chinese communism.

I have a hard time reading and understanding your wonderful article, but thank you!😅
Danke!

That's really unfortunate for East Asians. They'd do better to contrast Bastiat with Marx, Engels, and Lenin. It is notable that Bastiat's principles have caused no financial collapses, no mass starvation, or genocidal catastrophes, unlike Marx, Engels, and Lenin's.

Dear @valued-customer !
Unfortunately, most East Asians, including me, don't know Bastiat!

You will greatly benefit from reading Bastiat.

Dear @valued-customer !
I agree with you!
By the way, Do you think an American elementary school student could understand Bastiat?😆

Perhaps I believe that if Joseph, who lives in Oregon, can understand Bastiat, so can I!🤣

You have demonstrated excellent grasp of complex ideas, despite having to wrest understanding from them being written English. You have a scholarly ability to ferret out meanings and I am confident you will benefit greatly from Bastiat.
