Very cool art! I was once in a place where I could pay for everything with crypto and it was a very funny place because they gave you $10 and then told you to spend it and then gave you more money or something like that? I don't remember much but everyone ended up spending their gifted money at the shops and everything was so expensive hahah and it took so long to process payments.
Nothing like what you describe with fast working payments. Although I doubt you were given a budget like "this is your Prague money". I did get my full trip in France reimbursed by my company including trains, planes, food, drinks including alcohol, taxis and medicine and supermarket. I think I just gave them my full expense list and they reimbursed every last penny I spent going there and while there and returning. Amazing.
I have yet still to go to a place where I can buy food with crypto very easily though. Southern Europe is not very crypto friendly. Idk how the north is.
There was no free money handed out, you needed to have your own Bitcoin lightning balance. But there were some ATM to exchange your fiat shitcoins (Euros, Dolars, Krones) to sats if you need sats. It was the first place where I could not pay with euro cash (cash only Krones) but sats.
Crypto friendlyless depends on where you look at. Germans like Cash, if you manage to have them look at Lightning like cash, it helps adoption. I hope when they finish implememting CBDCs, the people will recognize they have a choice, what to use.
That France trip sounds nice :D
Where in the world are you at the moment?
Buying food with Bitcoin was also possible at places in Mexico. And in El Salvador of course, legally everywhere.
