How do you see yourself? What do you think about yourself?
There’s a saying that “ it is the way you see yourself and think about yourself in every area of your life that will determine success and growth ”
This is a statement of fact that I held in high esteem.
If you evaluate yourself now and reflect back to like 5-8 years ago, where do you see yourself or what were you thinking about yourself . there will not be much difference of the “You” that you pictured then and the “You” presently
People around me knows that I speak highly of myself. I will tell you that I know I will be a successful person. I will be this great and that.
If you visit my personal Facebook profile and check the posts therein, you will find out I even made a post of me trying to unseat Elon Musk.
Napoleon Hill says “ think and grow rich”
Robert Kiyasoki says “ Never say I can’t afford it rather, say how can I afford it”
These are powerful words that can shape your life and shape it positively.
The beliefs you held about yourself will have a tremendous impact on how far you will go in life.
I believe I can’t fly, I never try to fly. Who knows if I try, I can do it.
How you see yourself will determine your effectiveness and performance in each area of your life.
If you have ever attended any interview for employment, the interviewer will ask you the popular question “where do you see yourself in the next 5 years “. I believe you can relate now.
That single question is a very powerful question and can deny you the opportunity even if you meet other criteria. Because how you see yourself will not only affect you, it will affect those closer to you and the entire organization.
I don’t know how you see yourself. I see power in me. When I look at myself, I see a CEO, a chairman. That is the secret of my career development.
I don’t know what you think about yourself but I think highly of myself. I think I will extremely great and successful in Business and Structural Engineering
I don’t know what you believe about yourself but I’m an extremist of my own beliefs. I believe I can lead & manage the affairs of these Nation. I believe I can head the world best organization. I believe I can stand in front of world leaders and address them. I believe in myself, my competence,capacity and capabilities .
I want you to start seeing highly of yourself. Start to think positively about yourself and develop high beliefs for yourself. It will Mould you inward and project confidence.
