HOW TO OVERCOME WITH DEPRESSION

WHAT IS DEPRESSION
when you feel lonely , things are going wrong , unable to work properly ,
Symptoms are
you feel so lonely
sleep more than unnecessary, or unable to sleep , always be in tension, in sad mood,
people around you unlike to you ,not interested in people or more talk to dear ones

NOW KEEP SMALL THINGS IN MIND

Stop giving much importance to any one
its your life and you are the most important person in the world
you comes alone and goes alone so stop worry about other who not care about you
you are the person who live with you for life time , so be with you
stop thinking about past that is gone and that does not exist anymore ,
present is the only truth look at yourself and look into the goals,
start work on your goal and when the small goal is completed reward your self. make motivation to be your outcomes of your deeds. finally know yourself ....
