Tina Smith
(D) Minnesota Senate (New Senator)
Tina Smith has a nice personality. I don't
know her but I was watching PBS News Hour
earlier and heard the interview and she seems
like a nice person with a balanced attitude.
Tina appeared relaxed and comfortable and
did not display any obvious indecision or
discomfort.
Tina Smith said about NAFTA: "With prices being so
low and yields being so high, it is important that we have
good export markets in agricultural products. "
On Saturday, Sen. (D) Tina Smith is expected to speak
in Mankato, Minnesota. Sen. Smith will probably speak
to and say what she has been saying throughout her
10 days as a junior senator. Tina criticizes illegal steel
dumping and how it affects northern Minnesota, called
the "Iron Range," within the state of Minnesota.
Re: DACA:
Tina feels Congress is making some real progress on
coming together Republicans and Democrats for children
brought here when they were young. Tina Said; " I
hope that Congress will take the Limbo out of these
people's lives."
Tina said; "The idea to just build a big wall is just a dumb
idea." "But at the same time, we need to have strong
border security."
Democrats will vote with their party. If you believe in freedom of speech, want to keep your guns, and think that opening our borders so millions of "refugees" can set up "grooming gangs" in your town, don't vote democrat. Think it can't happen here? That's what they thought in Britain, Sweden, and Germany too.
