Rice cake- is made by rice flour, coconut milk, small amount of sugar and cooked into lung fire. The taste is like a cake with a twist..it so called here in the philippines "bibingka" and "bodbod" in visayan dialect.
Another called rice cake in the philippines is covered with banana leaves and cooked into boiling water.., the other name of this delicacy is " suman" and if you want with a twist to taste better you must put an small amount sugar above in the rice cake..😋😋
