Hey there everyone.
I'm still hearing a lot of redfish and minnows saying that they are running out of resource credits. I feel that, as someone who is quite well-invested in the platform and really wants it succeed, that I should help all that I can to enable you guys to make as much headway as possible with your posting, commenting and voting.
For this reason, I am running a week-long competition at the end of which I am delegating a total of 1000SP for 4 weeks to 10 of the most deserving redfish and minnows on the platform. 100SP should be enough to enable you to engage with the community as much as you like!
@LLFarms has also donated 500 SP for 4 weeks which will enable us to reward a total of 15 users with an extra 100SP in delegation
To enter for a chance to win, just comment on this post with a reason why we should delegate to you. What do you think you can bring to the platform?
You must have a current SP of less than 100 including existing delegations
We'll be checking what people are doing with their current mana in terms of comments and votes for the last couple of weeks; the more engaged you have been the better chance you have of winning. We will also be looking to see if you are investing in the platform by powering up whatever rewards you get. Preference will be given to people who appear to want to build their own personal investment in Steem.
Any re-steems of this post would be gratefully received, so as to open this up to as many people as possible.

I've been on steemit just (or already) for 2 months. I like the platform. But after the changes I wasn't able to interact. I powered up all the seem I had (7!) but it didn't actually help.

I would use it to comment as much as I did before and to upvote good content creators. But I guess I'm not elegible as I always spend my reward by exchanging it to real money. In Venezuela the situation is hard so I use it as a source of income. Now I'm just able to make a few comments, and it sucks because I can't use Steem as a normal social media unless I invest. If this is not an issue, I would be happy to be able to interact a bit more, and post content at the same time.

Ok, I've an issue but not with my personal account, I have a project called @swimproject that is focused on being a content creator school, actually we have more than 20 people within our server and we're giving some mentoring and making post to help people to create quality content, the issue with it is that is a new account, right now I delegated 25 SP to it because the RC doesn't let me post anything, so now I have 51 SP undelegated on my account and 35 SP on my project's account.
Is really difficult to maintain the constant activity, I'm a really big fan of commenting and a really compromised creator within the platform, so, if you @markangeltrueman or @llfarms can help me with that problem I'll be really glad about it.

Actually, yes i have been negatively affected by the HF20. Mainly because my hyper engagement had been minimized due to the limited RC that i have. At the start of HF20 i think i only commented more or less 10 long comments. Guess what? It had dropped my RC down to 18%!!!! For almost a week it slowed me down and i could basically do nothing. It made me sad to do less here in the platform. I could not afford to buy steem as i cant invest that way. I only do powerup all that i received in payouts and contests. I have never withdraw any steem or sbd. I had wanted to get to minnowhood this way through my hard work.
So now, i am always watchful of my RC. I am tying to maintain it at 80% a day. But its not my normal engagement, i could only do a few comments, likes and posts on it.
Rest assured I am not giving up on this battle. I will try to keep on going despite and in spite.. ❤
PS. I have been delagated already by a generous steemian a susbstantial SP to keep me inspired despite the RC fiasco.

Hello,there thanks for what you are doing for people like us.Actually,I only have 2SP,I am new here,for me to grow here I need to do networking.But I can't do that without RC.I can only write 2-3 comments a day.
After joining in steemit I tried to create good contents for everyone.I am a writer of fiction books and I also write about saving our environment.I was also featured by someone for the 'payitforward' contest.

Firstly big up to you for taking initiative to give back to the small fish so we can sustain and grow a more freely. This is one good thing that has come from HF20, so many big fish are giving back this platform can thrive!
I have been registered since may abd steeming hard for about 2 months now! Since then i managed to grow my account to 50SP purely organicly!! No bought investment. I have been networking and focusing on creating great content and having so muvh fun doing it!! This is place where i could indeed thrive, and now that my account is growing ive also started running my own weekly music competition so i too can give back to the community. Getting that extra bit of SP will allow me to grow and give back even more!! Here's to making steemit.com the best community driven blockchain out there!!

If you are still having RC issues with 100SP, then please say. 100 was a number that i pulled out of the air based on what I had read about where people start to have issues if they comment regularly.
Yes, I do comment a lot to support so much people in the spanish-speakers community and actually am about 45%, that doesn't let me post and comment like I usually do, I have less than 100 SP for me because I'm delegating a lot.

This is a lovely idea. I just delegated 100 SP to a redfish for that same reason and am looking to make it a regular thing. I was considering starting a buddy system where people with extra could mentor and support new fish...donate SP, advise etc. Like a mentor system. Is there anything like that here?

YO! I like what you are doing. The only delegated SP I have received was a lease I paid for. I AM a shark as well. Sooo, what IS a good reason to receive some delegate SP? Hell if I know. In other circles(jerks) it is a popularity ass kissing brown noise contest. What are you looking to do? Who is worthy? No matter what, good work on stimulating the community.

I think HF20 was particularly hard on those of us who put a lot of effort into engagement and interaction; we go "backwards penalized" the most for about five days or so. Which almost seems counterintuitive, since engagement is such an important part of building visibility here.

@markangeltrueman It is a very nice initiative to help a plankton in this survival of hf20! I am a newbie in steemit and I realized that as a newcomer, the only way to gain exposure is to comment and engaze a lot! Before hf20 I used to comment a lot on others posts and in that way I made many good friends on steemit. But after the update, due to my low sp I am now unable to continue my activities. So, I wish a delegation would help me a lot with that. Stay happy and steem on mate. U r doing a nobel job!

Hi @markangeltrueman, im happy to hear from your post. I joined steemit since May but start writing my first post on 16/9. Before HF20 i still able to reply comments, but after HF20 I only can reply comments for 2 only as my posting most of the time more related with travel. And even now i only can have 1 post per day as my RC never reach to 65% anymore.
I really wish that i can have more SP to write a quanlity post and reply too.

It’s been great to using steem before HF20 I used to lots of comments and some blog but after HF20 it’s difficult to do both it’s been difficult to commenting a lot every day but I used to stop. Learning this platform every day, i am a science guy and there are numerous articles on science of my field of interest on which i want to comment. But the problem i am facing after HF20 is less RC, because of low sp. Moreover i am following around 30 people, on their articles too i am unable to comment. As commenting is first requirement of this platform, so with lack of it i am feeling somehow demotivated to build a strong connection.
And if we talk about what i am serving to platform, you can visit my blog and commment section. Great science articles, people's problem about science and building their interest towards science is main motive. But not only science, i read blogs on steemit, blogs that help me a lot and yes watch some livestreams of my favourite steemit gamers.
So from an average family and moreover as a student i cannnot yet invest on steemit.
If i will get those 100 sp, this will lead to high speed success on this platform. And yes in 4 weeks i will be able to build some more friends on steemit. If i an unable to get those 100 sp, nothing will change from my side. As i like steemit a lot now. And will try to improve the quality of my post everytime from the previous one.

It's a great Blogging Platform.... Just wish they could sort out the new 'stumbling-block' of RC's.....
Finally someone has taken an initiative and has thought of us the minnows. I would not say that no one else deserves to win but me as this will not be a fair deal. I just hope we can get to a system where no one has to worry about the limitation of time they would get to steem, As of yesterday I could hardly make 7 or 8 comments before the RC could get below 5% and i would be left with no option but to wait for a day and then comment another 3 or 4 times, I couldn't grow my account that way, courtesy a friend of mine @janton who delegated some SP to me earlier now I can at least make some comments without being worried about the length or numbers. Yes the Sp is below 100 and the RC still decreases big time with each comment so with more delegation I could enjoy being here and contribute to the platform as much as can like I used to do before :) Looking forward to the end results . I believe that quality content enriches the cultures of the world, allows the exchange of new ideas and strengthens bonds of friendship, regardless of distances. I don't speak English very well, I admit it, I support myself with translators, I hope to be understood, as I understand hundreds of publications that I have been able to support with my votes and comments.

Crimsonclad delegated me 50 earlier in the week and I think that is probably enough. Without any delegation I'm on 4SP after several months. I was more of a commenter than a poster before HF20 as I am not time rich and feel that if I post I have to at least do some preparation. I ran out stupidly quick with only the 15.
