i only upvote myself 25% of the time.. If i can put forward 2 minnows...the first is @attalis- super nice guy who genuinely cares about people and is putting a huge effort into steemit. The second person I would recommend is @topdog ...his words of encouragement helped me feel a bit better about how shitty my life is at the moment.
