In this era of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency many cryptocurrency founders don't seem to understand the importance of innovation and professionalism in project development. They tend to create projects with little to no technical input from professional which leads to substandard or failed projects. Bitcoin wouldn't have been what it is today if Professionals hadn't been part of Satoshi Nakamoto's Team. Computer scientists =and talented programmers/coders were part and parcel of his team which is obviously why Bitcoin still exists today.
Deeponion has done pretty well since the start of the project. I don't know much about its Development team but I suspect they are lots of very talented minds. More still needs to be done in the area of professionalism so that Deeponion continues its match to Greatness. I would recommend the splitting of Deeponion into these three main groups:.
Professional: The Professional group will be made of people with good academic qualifications in Cryptography, Cryptocurrency Blockchain and other related fields. Their responsibilities would be to guide other groups when necessary in the development and technical aspects of Deeponion
Talented Developers: this includes those with raw talent in programming, cryptocurrency and Blockchain development and don't necessarily have any supporting accademic qualifications for the talents.
Visionaries: this group is made of people who research and recommend future design for Deeponion. Some of their recommendations will be based of on suggestions from users and others.
