You summarized quite literally everything I consider necessary to be changed. Not only for the sake of some insignificant association, but for the sake of another mindset presented in society as a whole.
It's a long-term change, but most of changes related to decentralization, blockchain, and the related ideas are.
You're right, we want the D to be on everyone's minds. The D needs to penetrate the culture so we can point out how flimsy the centralist's arguments are, and give em a rock solid business plan that shows how much harder we go than the competition. Changing the association of D is just the tip of what we want to do - just think of the position we'll be in when we can seamlessly get in and out of the banking system. The competition is totally fucked!
