This may be to early of a question to ask,but will dcommerce have a review buyer/seller feature built in upon launch? Like how they do with amazon and eBay etc.

We will, except not in the MVP (minimum viable product) which will be the beta product. But yes, the product review as well as buyer/seller reputation scoring will be featured in the subsequent releases.
