I do admire your dream and hope it can one day be a reality. The scale of the ambition is immense though. I'm afraid that in a blogging community like steemit, you will not find the resources and backers that the project needs.

It requires government and big business support.
Yes steemit and blockchain technology is the revolution that can liberate the people from the hold of those two entities mentioned, but it's not there yet.

In saying that, it is probably worth getting a team of serious thinkers and legal personnel together that can craft a serious white paper and road map for the project. It's got the credentials to be launched as an ICO.

You also certainly have the character to drive interest and inspire others to see your dream and get behind the cause. As an ICO it would generate the interest of the right individuals who share your passion for a liberated Nigeria. Individuals that would have the wealth required to put this project into motion.
