About dCity
dCity is a mathematical and trading game based on non-fungible tokens available on Hive-Engine. Players build their own cities with tokens representing buildings, citizens, and technologies, and earn income in the form of HIVE (based on ranking) and SIM tokens (based on city income). There are also cards that players can get only from playing the game, such as technologies, backgrounds, and prevention cards.
Next updates
Communal Housing, Luxury Street and Migration Center
Holders of Communal Housing, Luxury Street and Migration Center combined buildings will be able to claim one student per building every 3 or 4 days. It will cost 800 SIM per student to claim.
If you have any bid orders on that card, check the market and adjust.
Education and discovering technologies
Discovering technologies will be stopped for some time. This will give us a chance to do a proper rework.
Unlocking will be completely removed, and instead the players will be able to choose a technology to discover (tiers 2-5), which will take several days (the exact time will depend on the city's education). There will also be an initial cost to start a discovery process - 1000/2000/3000/5000 SIM - depending on the technology tier (2-5). To complete the discovery process (mint), players will need to collect 12000/22000/32000/52000 education points with a max cap at 10000 per day (based on the education attribute).
As you can see above - it will be impossible to discover and mint technology on daily basis. There will be less of the technology cards in the process, but also with removed random drops players will be able to pick the technology they actually need for their city (or for sale).
First tier of the technologies will be obtainable through claim from combined building (500 SIM for a random first tier technology). This combined building doesn't exist yet, so you can leave your ideas for a combine recipe (based on Research Center) on our Discord server.
There will also be another combine (using all the technologies) with a 5% bonus to the population.
Important Note
Not all of the changes mentioned above are 100% confirmed. You can visit the game Discord server, raise your objections and discuss changes with other players.

I'm liking the sound of the new technology system.
I wouldn't like to say it, but this project has a broken economy that can't be fixed. All the gains are rotating between a few heads.
non sense, but feel free to tell us more
