To be specific, my body hates dogs - I AM ALLERGIC. And yes, I had dogs, many, and an each was great and special in its own way - but the last one I adopted from the pound made such a mess that I decided that sport is not for me and my family.
A puppy we got was injured and I treated it, so after getting attached to me it became emotionally unstable and jealous to anyone who spent more time next to me than a dog wanted to allow. So, instead of becoming a family dog it became a bully to my family.
Second, in the pound they told us that a dog originates from a small to medium size parents, and that was a big horrendous lie as we found out that a dog is in fact a mixture of the Rottweiler and German Shepard. And those women wanted to find it an appropriate master, even if it means they will lie.
And it started to grow rapidly, so after a while we end up with a huge puppy that ate twice as much as my entire family.
Third. That was not even a problem, if dog wasn't stupid to train, incapable to hold the content of his guts and blather while being inside - so I spent cleaning his feces most of the day from our apartment enclosed balcony, while outside it didn't give a courteously of a squat to the grass...
Dog didn't obey anyone but me and shortly after getting better it started to act violent towards other members of the household. Finally the beast snarled at my husband while he was bringing the food. I lifted it up from the floor to prevent the attack and immediately returned the dog to the pound the very same day.
Some will say that a dog acts like this when mistreated, but it is really not my problem to get my family hurt because "it is not dog's fault". One who is responsible is his previous owner, who did mistreated a puppy which was basically maybe a few weeks old.
