Amanda's Contest: Earn $20 of DASH For Installing Your Friend's #FirstDashWallet, June 13 Deadline

Amanda B. Johnson of DASH Digital Cash has a brand-new focus: you.

She has just started her DASH social media campaigns in order to bring DASH into the mainstream and I must say, I am excited to see this new direction she’s diving into.

Her first campaign, #FirstDashWallet just started a few days ago and runs until June 13, 2017.

Here are the details:

Get paid Dash to spread Dash in this week’s #FirstDashWallet campaign. You earn $10 of Dash and then you send your friend the other $10 of Dash.

Install a DASH wallet for your friend or family member. Make sure and help them back up their wallet. This is crucial.

Amanda recommends using the Jaxx mobile Dash wallet because it’s compatible with Android and iOS. Any DASH wallet is eligible, though.

After you have successfully installed your friend’s first DASH wallet, take a photo that clearly shows both of you and your wallets. Here is a recent example from Amanda’s Twitter feed:

As you can see @DNAxBit has used the #FirstDashWallet hashtag, and provided his DASH wallet address, plus directed his tweet to Amanda’s Twitter account.

Take to Twitter or Facebook with your hashtag, #FirstDashWallet, DASH payment address, and photo — and don’t forget to help your friend backup their new wallet.

Just seen you on BitcoinUncensored (Not a full interview unfortunately) - you are the 'Moment of Zen', sure someone has already told you but just encase i though it would do the honors. Your on at 12m15s

BTW. if you like the governance model in DASH you should also check out Bitshares.

Both DASH and Bitshares released governance models at the same time. The main difference is that in Bitshares all Shareholders get to vote where in DASH i believe it is only the masternodes that get to vote (at the current price; a MN costs ~ $147,000 USD / 1000 DASH).

The other notable difference is that Bitshares allows shareholders to vote on protocol level variables such as fees, blocksize, blocktime, witnesses and many more.. once shareholder approval is reached these changes are automatically introduced to the network after a maintenance interval occurs.
For example: we reduced fees on all operation 2 weeks ago given the price rise.

I looked into Bitshares last year, and honestly, I have been meaning to research it more. You don't need to convince me, I am sure it's very good tech. I guess my thinking is this: will BitShares have the potential to go mainstream? Can regular people use it or will it remain kind of difficult for average users? Why did Dan not launch EOS on Bitshares?
