Well I got started reading Michael Ruppert's book Collapse (documentary as well), then Twilight in the Desert by Matthew Simmons, next the Too Much Magic, Long Emergency and Geography of Nowhere all by James Kunstler followed by a few more titles like Currency Wars and The Death of Money by Jim Richards. In parallel I also watched the Zeitgeist documentaries and Vice's Apocalypse Man series and all the dots started to connect revealing a whole new "picture" of reality unfolding.
