The darkness is what really shows us who we are, you write in your post, however, I think it is the relationships with others that show us who we are, the others are the mirror we have of ourselves. The relationship with our parents, brothers, friends and acquaintances, is programming our personality. It is true that darkness gives us the opportunity to see, to experience a part of ourselves that is hidden. But, I think it does not define us. It is my opinion.
