Dansformation 12 Weeks Workout Challenge - Week 7 Day 4 - Back Workout - Meals, Juice, Supplements

Hello dear steemians !

Today I trained my back and I have to say that is getting better workout after workout. I remember how hard was to get to the end my back workouts in the beginning of this challenge but now I'm more comfortable, I have more weight on barbell/dumbbell and more energy to get my everything to the end.

For today I choose to do these exercises :

Neutral-Grip Pull Ups : 4 sets of 8 reps

Close-Grip Front Lat Pulldown : 4 sets of 10 reps

One-Arm Dumbbell Row : 4 sets of 10 reps

T-Bar Row with Handle : 4 sets of 8 reps

Hyperextensions : 4 sets of 10 reps

What I ate today :

Milkshake : almond milk, 1 banana, sunflower seeds, 1 teaspoon of spirulina, 1 teaspoon of green barley powder

Kefir with oatmeal

Juice : Grapefruit, 1 mineola, 2 oranges, 2 apples

Brown rice, vegetables salad, mushrooms, beet

Creamy soup : broccoli, carrots, garlic, celery

Fried cheese and vegetables salad

What supplements I took :

Spirulina : 1 teaspoon in the first meal

Green barley powder : 1 teaspoon in first meal

Creatine : 1 measure in water immediately after workout

Whey protein : 1 measure in water immediately after workout

Casein : 1 measure in milk before bedtime

This is how my day ended, overall was a good day, I'm quite content how my workout went.

Yeah, looks quite heavy I agree with you but I feel fantastic with it :)

Glad to see you also do bodyweight exercises mixed with strength training. Best of both world. nice keep steeming

yeah I always like to mix them, in the beginning of the challenge I had lack of energy and without a partner I couldn't make my sets as I wanted that's why I did more exercises on machine.
But now I'm more comfortable and I can do whatever exercises I want without any problems !

Despite the fact that I wanted this change from long time, I chose to post everything here because :
-in this way I have more motivation to stick with everything
-everyone interested in this topic can take something from my posts (workouts ideas, meal ideas, supplements etc)
-i wanted to break that embarrassing feeling exposing myself online
-i want to inspire others, to prove that is possible to trasform your body even on tight budget, doing alone but
-i wanted more connections with people with the same interest
