How to practice Law of Attraction
I needed this reminder today. I struggled with exactly that last night as I encountered a rather ugly bully here on Steemit and I REALLY had to make a point of letting the thought process around it GO, because the more I thought about, the more it annoyed me and as you know well - that just spirals.
I remembered the words of my mom "just let it go through you and then leave". Such a simple line, but it works every time and once I managed to do that I was able to shift my thoughts onto more positive things :)
I can sympathise having met a few bullies here too. For me it is about letting go of my knee-jerk reaction which tells me I am RIGHT.
Went through the same thing yesterday with my current 'boss' who was determined to believe that the small bugs all over my feet were not fleas... which they were! I was making myself more and more stressed by trying to prove what I believed and the more I pushed, the more she pushed back. Only when I let go and told her she was right could we continue with our duties without any further stress. Though i now have small bites all over my legs! haha. The price of humility!

I am trying my best but it is very hard to distract oneself from an ear infection.
Man I know that feeling. I've been struggling with tooth pain and yep, it seems to change everything. The dentist trip is reluctantly booked!
