Well, 4 but my wife and I are just getting ready to hit the gym so 2 until after the workout.
Hey @smysullivan, sounds like you're calculating today's score. The Daily Health Score is always asking you to enter your score from the previous day ("yesterday dec 6")... that way you'll always have full knowledge of what your score is!

I did a 4 - I was travelling and uber hungry so I ate white bread....and sunchips. My body isn't happy today. :)
