Good Morning! I am back in Perth and here is a Hearty Bowl of Fried Rice to start the day!
This is a dish I had in China and it was basically seafood fried rice but the presentation was the x-factor.
I didn't realize that they had emphasis on the presentation of food and thought they just wanted to chuck it on a plate and serve it to the customer.
