Yes i am baking again ;) I could use some help..? Peeps ღ❤ღ❤ i do need someone to have petty on me &&& eat em ;) LOL Ok this is a Swedish cake called ~ Love yum :P i have messed around a LOT and added & adjusted recipe :D
today i will add boooze but you can take that out, soo lets get our pots & pans ready, SET... GooooooooOOOOOOO>>>>>>>>>>>>

You will need>
150 g butter
4 eggs
4 dl sugar
2.5 dl milk (i am taking 1dl less as im adding booze)
5 dl flour
1.5 dl cocoa
1 tbs vanilla
1 tbs baking soda
1dl Minttu choco mint
2tbs STRONG!!!!! espresso ^^

Beat eggs and sugar fluffy. Melt the butter and add the other ingredients.
Mix gently and then lubricate the pan, it needs to be 25x30 cm :)
Into oven at 175C , after 15min carefully and calm take it out & slice with your knife allllll over the cake, NOT the hole way throw :P this we do SOOO the yumyum glaze can go down IN to the cake ;) Back in to oven for 8 min more :)

Your Glaze, you will need>>
200 g butter
2 dl cream
100g DARK chocolate
4 tbsp cocoa,
8 tbsp sugar
3 tsp flour.

Melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove and add other ingredients. Boil for 3-5 minutes until the glaze is thickened but stir constantly so that it does not burn.
Spread over the cake and try peek into them holes you made before, it should just dripp down ;)

and sprinkle over 1-2 dl grated coconut. Allow to cool and then cut into boxes
