This is one of the best seller food of Kabaleyan Cove Resto. They named it Sisig Kabaleyan, their version of appetizer made of pork face, pork liver, onions and chili.
I am not very fond of spicy foods but this one is exceptional. One of the best Sisig I've ever tasted.
