Last two days ago my neighbor harvest their jackfruit/langka fruit, and they ask me if I want to buy.,and I buy almost 8 kilos. And I noticed lots of jackfruits left. then I decided to make a jackfruit candy or I call it ''minatamis na langka'' . Its so easy to cook, and I make it as a stuffing for bread.
