Flying Spaghetti Lunch

I have an extremely picky eater son. I always have to add in new meal into his menu. He doesn't like meat, porridge and fried foods. He only eats fruit, veggies, fusilli and spaghetti that's it.

我儿子或许遗传了我这不怎么好的基因—挑食。所以我时常都必须想出新的食物加入他个人餐单。他极不爱吃肉、炸食或粥类。只选择吃蔬菜、水果、螺旋面和义大利面条。

Today I made this for his lunch. He's so excited when I was preparing this. And destroyed the flying noodle within 20sec after served haha!

之前我在网上有看过有妈咪分享这飞天面做法！今天心血来潮就想说尝试一下。我儿子看到我正准备时兴奋得不行，一直要爬上来拉倒我盘子。食物端到他面前不到20秒就被他毁了😄

A few simple things that you need to make flying noodle:

1. A potato cut into half(as the base)
2. Disposable bamboo chopstick/wooden stick(I used satay stick)
3. A fork

你需要几种简单的材料就能和我一样做出这飞天面：

1. 切半的马铃薯（土豆）
2. 竹筷/烤肉用的木支
3. 一个叉子

Stick the bamboo chopstick/satay stick into potato. I used half of the potato just to ensure it can support the fork that I'm going to add on top later. Make it stand like this.

把竹筷像图里的方式插入切半的马铃薯。切半的马铃薯比较稳固，因为我等下还需要把叉子加在上面。

(I changed to a wider plate) Then try to secure the fork to the chopstick/satay stick. It's better if you use lighter type fork. Simple as that!

（我换了另一个微阔的盘子）用2支竹筷牢固着叉子。建议用比较轻得的叉子，比较没那么容易倒下来，能够站得稳稳的。就这么简单！

Slowly cover the chopstick/satay stick and potato with the spaghetti. Basically you can do it with all kinds of noodles as long as it's long enough to hang down like this.

慢慢的把面条盖上马铃薯&中间的竹筷。基本上任何较长的面条都可以办到。
