Hmm, I do not know never used that feature myself... might be one for a witness perhaps. :-)
You'll find the feature next to your avatar there's 3 bars and click on it then you'll see explore and it'll show you all the tag listing being used.
Oh that section LOL. :-) I usually just click the logo and then go to view all tags if the need arises. ;-) Maybe it's the scenic route haha. As for your question.. I have not the answer.
