i would like to be able to have a second account for different topic-doesn't have to have value-but only have one phone number...but for belly rub it be nice to randomly give it to a newbie-it is absolutely empowering when you just come newly here when a whale welcomes you like that especially when you join from a country where you cant afford to buy steem

Yup.. whales should be helping newbie who doesn't even make a penny with upvoting or go unnoticed,delegate or even upvoting with as little as 10 percent voting power would be helpful to newbies. It doesn't hurt anybody but bring smiles- isn't that steemit community should be about-empower others.
whales were once sardines too-they worked hard to become whales-and fear not through hard work you'll be a whale at some point-Fb days are numbered and this project is principle based and will reward all those who put the labor in-just keep up the good work
