It means every photo is a freshly photographed photo on that day. It's a challenge to shoot at least one photo every day. As a photographer it is good to keep shooting even when you really don't think you feel like it, or feel like you are in a rut. A photo per day is kinda like a coping mechanism to fight off creative blocks.
I used to do #onephotoeveryday for a year in the past, shooting daily, but after the tag got popular, many people started posting old photos from their personal albums, it kind of lost its meaning. So I started a new tag #dailyandfresh for actually fresh daily photos.
Even these, that were shot when I was sick, were taken daily, although I couldn't post them on that day, I decided they'll still count.
Oh, and then there's #weeklyandfresh, that's for a weekly recap of those photos I took on the past week.
Thank you for your explanation. You managed very well to tell what the tag stands for. Instead of fighting the writer's block it's fighting the photographer's block.
I guess an explanation is needed with each post to avoid people post the wrong thing, although I doubt it can be avoided.
#ccc for example stands for the community Curation Circle Creed. This community exists longer as the tribe creativecoin but many abuse the tag. Even starting a hive and explaining what it stands for doesn't ring a bell. People simply do not read or copy each other.
