In Finland, practically no one is using a mask. They are nowhere to be found and even the medics seem to have too few. The ones I bought (non-medical dust masks) are too flimsy and don't block microbes anyway. Being made of paper they shed paper dust. Not so good for asthmatic people.

Maybe they could be used as filters though.
