Updates, News, and Notes

  • DEADLINE TONIGHT! You Pick It #7 is here! Make sure to vote and upvote in both the day and time post and the type of tournament post

  • If you missed it in our Discord chat, we had some fun yesterday when an article announced that Beth was married to Tuck. It was a fun hour.

  • Now a Look at the Action:

In the 10 SBD Community Casino, @Chops316 hits a set of fives while @Suprepachyderm hits top two pair. Poker can be a cruel, cruel game

A sick river gives Hoodish the full house over @arcaneinfo's flush

In a stroke of luck, Hoodish somehow get's the case king (last king in the deck) on the river to knock out @FarSeeR

  • Yesterday’s Big Wieners:

@gemini held off @jkms and @hoodish in a crazy Community Casino 10 SBD freeroll. Gemini won 3.6 chips for his first place prize while jkms took home 2.3. Congrats!

In the morning @futuremind 5 SBD freeroll, @sevendst19 took it down. Congrats 7!

Hoodish (@MichaelLuchies) had one of his best performances coupled with a lot of luck in the @oendertuerk 10 SBD freeroll. He built a massive lead, almost blew it, and then beat @Tadas heads-up.

In the @followbtcnews 5 SBD freeroll (every weekday (they are awesome, follow their channel!!!)), @arcaneinfo took down @sevendst19 in a strong heads-up battle, coming back after being down big.

The @inthenow 2SBD is a great late-night tournament for us here in the states. It ran a little late so stay tuned for the results tomorrow.

Other News and Notes:

  • Help out our friend @inthenow and give his tournament post some love here.

  • @oendertuerk has consistently given us mounds of SBD by hosting a weekly 10 SBD freeroll each Thursday. Read his post here, give him a follow, and please spare an upvote. Thanks!

  • HORSE with Hoodish was Tuesday afternoon. Read the results and take a look at the action here in my recap post.

  • @pcste hosts a weekly 10 SBD freeroll every Wednesday (yesterday). Please read about it and upvote here.

  • Did you know you can host your own SPL tournament? Join our Discord channel to learn how. Visit the #roll-your-own-tourney page in our channel to get started.

How did Hoodish know it was the case king? Because I folded the other one preflop and told him that he just hit a one outer.

Lol, that's exactly how :-) I should've gave you a shoutout. (He told me after the hand of course).
