Hi guys today i want to talk about how to reduce stress relax yes you deserve, its very good for you healthy life it wont take too much time.
No 1. Breathe Deeply and relax This is a practice that will take not more than few minutes of your time to live a healthy life take a look and focus on your breathing take deep breath and relax.
To reduce stress what you should there is something called mediation.
Now everybody will ask what is mediation is something that is practiced in the world for about thousand years its something for the peace of mind and called inner peace if you want inner peace and a happiness in you life learn and practice more and more about mediating .
How to start mediating from now tune you body to inner scanning mode that you have look inside what is wrong and what is right inside whats stress you to overthink why you are not relaxed why you dont feel inner peace yes there is something which is hidden inside you.
take a deep breath and say no to stress start mediating dont overthink anything that stress you mind thats the real solution .
