Ownership % is from linestarapp.com for the "$150K Thu NFL Rush ($25K to 1st, Thu-Mon)"
PO = Projected Ownership
AO = Actual Ownership
Only the highest PO players are listed.

Chalk (should score high points, will have high AO%)
Russell Wilson - $7900 - 3.35% PO/9.3% AO - 29.6 pts

  • Wilson has made it two weeks in a row of being one of the best QB for fantasy. He's making the Seattle offense click just like they used to and he's putting up points in the air and on the ground.

Pivot (a riskier chalk play that should have a significantly lower AO%)
Drew Brees - $8500 - 3.45% PO/8.7% AO - 19 pts

  • Another solid showing by Brees but failing to put up monster numbers which he is still capable of doing. He's one of the best cash QB picks this year to take.

GPP (should be a low AO% that has a chance of scoring 2.5X-4X their salary in points)
DeShaun Watson - $7300 - 2.56% PO/3.2% AO - 34.72 pts

  • Hopefully you took fantasy's #1 scoring QB who put up 5 TDs incuding one on the ground. The Texans obliterated their opponent and the play of Watson had everything to do with it.

Fade (typically a good match up and/or projected to have a game; avoid at all costs)
Blake Bortles - $7700 - 1.2% AO - 12.4 pts

  • As I mentioned before, Bortles came back down to Earth this week. Putting up a very underwhelming point total. He just isn't reliable enough to put up big numbers weekly.

Contrarian (typically a bad match up and/or projected to have a bad game; has upside to do the opposite)
Marcus Mariota - $7700 - 1.7% AO = 17.74 pts
Modest performance from Mariota but he did leave the game due to injury. He is day to day for this week, so even if he plays I would not expect big things with him not at 100%.

Sleeper (low AO% player that should get 2X-3X point value based on salary)
Jay Cutler - $7300 - 1.64% PO/3.3% AO - 6.02 pts
The Miami Dolphins are a puzzling bunch and Jay Cutler leads them. I can't say that I'll be listing Cutler much more except in the fade category since he has proven me wrong on every occasion.

Bargain (< $7000)
Case Keenum - $6800 - 1.9% AO - 8.76 pts

  • Keenum proved last week was a fluke and put up standard Keenum numbers.
