Chalk
Zach Ertz - $6500, 9.96% PO/19.5% AO - 13.5 pts
- Ertz stats have been very consistent showing he's the safest floor TE in the game right now. He finally got his first score of the year last week but also added his first fumble. And where did he get his TD? In the red zone. Yeah, I did my research.
Pivot
Eric Ebron - $5200, 5.8% AO - 1.9 pts
- 2 catches for 9 yds isn't going to make you very popular in the fantasy world. Ebron had 7 targets and dropped more than I can count in his best match up this year. After performances like this it's hard to believe players like him are starters in the NFL.
Fade
Jordan Reed - $6700, 3.02%
- Missed game due to injury.
GPP
Jack Doyle - $5300, 8.5% AO - 0.6 pts
- 2 catches for 16 yds and a fumble. You didn't think Ebron's stats were the worst for the week did you? Doyle dumbfounded everyone with his lack of production this game. Given the Colts had a strong ground game and QB Jacoby Brissett found a connection with WR T.Y. Hilton he didn't want to let go of, Doyle floundered his expectations.
Contrarian
Martellus Bennett - $5600, 4.35% PO/6.3% AO - 2.7 pts
- Bennett didn't have enough opportunites in this match up despite Cobb being injured. He only had 4 targets for 3 catches and 12 yards. With so many weapons in Green Bay it's tough to find out who will benefit the most that week.
Sleeper
Coby Fleener - $5700, 5.48% PO/3.5% AO - 2.6 pts
- The TD streak is gone just like that. New Orleans dominated the Panthers and Drew Brees didn't feel as though Fleener was needed as he only targeted the TE once in the entire game. Hope for better in the future...a lot better.
Bargain (< $5000)
Benjamin Watson - $4700, 2% AO - 8.7 pts
- The veteran was one of the only bright spots of the Ravens, even if it was only a glimmer. He caught all 3 of his passes for 12 yds and one of them was for a TD. In a week that was very poor in production for TEs, Watson was one of the better picks surprisingly with this score,
