It's been a testing day.
With a much needed visit to the psychiatrist to optimize my mental well-being, followed by the rush of large amount shopping, picking up kids and make lasagna (after some scorched sugar coated lies in the form of burned marshmallows for the kids), I was left exhausted.
And I got the car vacuumed.
Yay for that.
Professionally not a lot of headway was made, but in terms of intellectual development I did have some much needed chess time in.
The leak in the garage is still not fixed, no wonder knowing how slow our building concierge works.
But as I rent, it's hardly any of my concern. Still bothers me though.
Sleep is still the highest priority as well as breathwork.
Too early for high intensity training.
Hopefully tweaking the meds with some beta blockers will lower BP and HR so my body gets the rest it needs.
I checked with my friend Harry if he would be willing to mentor a nice guy with an amazing story to share it more professionally as a public speaker.
Mentoring goes a low way to provide value.
