Unfortunately there is no real settlement on Liberland yet, despite all the promotion of Jedlicka.
I doubt that Liberland will become a 2nd Hong Kong, even though they already have an own domain.
Free Private Cities from German Titus Gebel or Project Escape of @oliver-janich look more promising.
