Hello all, I'm sharing my mountain bike ride from this morning in Santa Cruz, California. Below is a shot of my mtb which happens to be the same name as the county that I was riding, a Santa Cruz Blur LTc. The color matches the surroundings...
The ride was 18 miles and about 3,400 feet of climbing at Soquel Demonstration Forest. A few of the climbs were pretty tough with a few steep sections of 15%+...ugg.
GPS data is from a Garmin Vivoactive HR uploaded to Strava.
The parking is next to a running creek where I snapped a few shots as I find it really pretty with so much green around.
The creek,,,,if flows a lot more in the winter/spring.
A close up of the green moss that covers just about every static object around, trees, rocks...
The sun was illuminating this moss covered rock and it stood out.
Go out for a ride and enjoy nature!
Wow what a stunning nature @glennolua ;) Thank you for sharing. Greetings bij.

Cheers @glennolua - I`m curious for your next post ;)
Nice impressions, seems like you had a great ride.
Rather take a ride with your bike and see something of your beautiful earth than watching TV or similar.
Keep on going! :)
Thanks for stopping by and yes, cycling/mtb'ing is much better than the TV, at least most of the time. =)
Glad that You have the same opinion about it.
