[FIT Steemit] #37. End of the summer? Quick training // Koniec lata? Szybki trening

Zobaczymy czego tam brakuje i wtedy ewentualnie suplementacja.

Today is fast because cramps catch. I do not know whether magnesium will give something so I promised myself that I have a maximum month for blood tests, etc. We will see what is missing there and then possibly supplementation. It is a pity that they did not even check blood for work tests. Standing on one leg and pressure. Calm for three years. Something like joke .... Short but the workout is ticked. I do not know how much to believe STRAVIE because even if I do not push the pace, I only ride recreationally, the differences in the average, etc. are negligible ... Time for a cheap meter. We'll see, we'll judge :) The cloudy weather is good too, I do not fry the sun (of course if it's not raining)
