It has become a routine since Esther, Jun Wee and I started cycling a month ago. It has since become a weekly thing for me.
From two to three and then to like ten of us and then back to seven. Let’s see how far this will go.
But a healthy connect group works out together. Cycling is definitely an easier way out for us city people who are too lazy to exercise. It’s not as tiring as running, it’s more windy, 10km is nothing and best part is, it’s very therapeutic. Cycling doesn’t just make us feel like we’ve worked out a little, it also makes us feel healthier. Plus the magnificent views, definitely a worth every minute.
Hoping to have more weekends like that.
