The high shipping cost is reflective of only one shipping method currently being offered.

FedEx International Priority (1-3 business days after fulfillment)

Unfortunately, the shipping pricing software seems to only be offering the Priority when USPS First Class Package Int'l (10-20 business days after fulfillment) should be a less expensive option.
